Mental Health Apparel for Moms & Anxious Women
This Isn't Just a Clothing Brand
Anxious Girl Adventures is a brand, built by one person, not a company. There's no big team behind this — just me, my own experience with anxiety, panic disorder, and PTSD, and a genuine belief that mental health deserves better than silence.
I'm not asking you to trust a brand with years of reviews behind it. I'm asking you to trust a real story, told honestly, from someone who's lived it. If that resonates, I'd love for you to be part of this from the very beginning.
— Bianca, Founder
Mental Health First
Every design starts with a real feeling. If it's on our shirts, someone's lived it.
A Conversation Starter
Soft signals that you're not the only one.
Built by Someone Who Gets It
Not a faceless brand. Shaped by real experience with anxiety.

Questions? We've Got You.
Most of our apparel is available from small to 5XL sizes.
All Anxious Girl Adventures products are made to order specifically for each customer, so all sales are final. We're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for customer-ordered mistakes or changes of mind.
A thoughtful mental health gift, like an encouraging tote, mug, or tee, can let someone know they're seen without requiring them to explain what they're going through. Our Gifts collection was built specifically for this — low-pressure, meaningful, and affordable.
Orders are produced within 2–5 business days, then shipped by our fulfillment partner with standard U.S. shipping taking an additional 3–4 business days. Production and shipping times may run longer during holidays or high-volume periods.
Every design is rooted in founder Bianca's own lived experience with panic disorder, PTSD, and anxiety, not a passing trend. The brand intentionally stays focused on mental health rather than broadening into a general lifestyle label, so every product carries real meaning.
